We were delighted to welcome Lisa Smart MP to Smart Works Greater Manchester, giving us the opportunity to share more about our mission and the life-changing support we provide to women across the city region.

During her visit, Lisa met members of our team and learned more about how Smart Works Greater Manchester helps unemployed women build their confidence, succeed at interview, and move into employment. We were pleased to showcase the impact of our personalised interview coaching, high-quality interview clothing, and ongoing support, all made possible by our dedicated volunteers, partners and supporters.

The visit provided a valuable opportunity to discuss the challenges many women face when seeking employment and the importance of providing practical support that helps them achieve financial independence and fulfil their potential.
