We’re looking for a passionate, proactive and people-focused Partnerships Development Manager to help us grow our impact even further. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a vital role in ensuring the long-term financial sustainability of our charity whilst helping more women across Greater Manchester succeed.

What does the role involve?

🔹 Build brilliant relationships - Connect with businesses, corporate partners, funders and supporters who believe in what we do.

🔹 Drive fundraising and income - Grow corporate partnerships, manage a six-figure fundraising portfolio and help secure vital funding for our work.

🔹 Spot new opportunities -Develop exciting partnerships that benefit both our corporate supporters andthe women we support.

🔹 Tell our story - Create compelling proposals, reports and presentations that show the difference Smart Works makes.

📍Primarily based at our Manchester city centre centre, with some cross-centre working across our Stockport centre.

We’re looking for someone who loves building relationships, is confident spotting opportunities, enjoys bringing people together and wants their work to have a genuine social impact.
