A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and focused individual to take on the pivotal role of being the Smart Works Greater Manchester Manager for a fixed term of one year, to cover maternity leave.
As the only full-time member of staff, the job holder will require a self-starting and proactive approach, excellent organisational skills and the ability to take sole responsibility on all aspects of management of our Greater Manchester centre.
A highly organised and positive individual, they should be passionate about empowering women to thrive in work and life. They will be a strong communicator, both verbally and in writing, be able to multi-task, think on their feet and bring a determination to meet our aim of helping as many women as we can back into work. Overall they should relish the opportunity of working in a small and dynamic charity during its formative years and all the challenges that this job involves.
