Our Christmas Appeal is here. We’re aiming to raise £50,000 to fund our vital work, supporting unemployed women into work.

With a small staff team of 7, we rely on the time, skills and energy of 60+ volunteers to deliver our services.

It costs @£300k pa to provide the capacity to deliver around 100 client appointments every month … and we never turn down a client who finds us and who needs our service.

We rely on donations from organisations across the city region who believe in equality of opportunity .. that Manchester city region is a place where everyone has the chance to get their foot on the ladder and secure financial independence for themselves and for their family.

By donating to Smart Works Greater Manchester through The Big Give Christmas Challenge between 3 and 10 December, your donation will be doubled, helping us support those 1,200 local women to get a job in 2025.
